Allison Patrick is a Training Specialist for Thomson Reuter's Australian and New Zealand Tax and Accounting customers and is focused on ensuring users get the most out of their Checkpoint subscription.

 

 

Elizabeth Odom

Elizabeth Odom has over 14 years' experience in designing and delivering adult learning training in the telecommunications and legal industries.  Elizabeth's key focus is creating legal training and support programs specific to client's needs.

Jessica Fitzgerald

Jessica has ten years’ experience as a librarian in various educational institutions across Australia where she has provided in-depth answers to customer queries, as well as training and research sessions for both individuals and groups.

Jessica has a passion for helping people and solving problems, and is constantly learning in both her personal and professional lives. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Programming and Mobile and Apps Development, and has a lifelong passion for computers and technology.

Khushboo Doshi Yeshwant

Khushboo has worked at Thomson Reuters since May 2016. She was supporting customer training for Thomson Reuters Financial Products – Eikon and FXT and then moved to the Thomson Reuters Legal products team as a Product Specialist for Westlaw and Practical Law.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Khushboo’s work experience at Goldman Sachs supporting EMEA customers and her MBA (2016) from S.P Jain Institute for Global Management’s Dubai campus, both allowed her to gain more experience about the Middle East region and customers across multiple segments.

At Thomson Reuters, Khushboo supports MENA customers with her product expertise in Legal content research platforms, to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive customer retention and growth.Khushboo is available to train on the following products and platforms:

Lipika Malhan

Lipika joined Thomson Reuters as a Customer Support Specialist in May 2010. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Lipika had completed her Masters in Business Administration in the Marketing field. At Thomson Reuters, she was responsible for managing the retention business of India region and was shifted to the training team due to her understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with our legal products.

She is currently responsible for conducting product trainings for customers to ensure thorough understanding of products to increase usage and overall customer retention.

Mark Norman

Mark has over nine years’ experience in the legal publishing industry as a training consultant, working with clients to improve the research skills of users of online resources.

He also has over 10 years’ experience as a librarian in the UK and Australia, working in law firms, institutions providing training, research and current awareness solutions.

Mark loves getting stuck into a tricky research query and is passionate about supporting and advising clients to exploit and manage technological change to improve their team and organisational goals.

Mary Dossis

Mary Dossis is a qualified secondary teacher and has over 25+ years' experience in legal publishing and training lawyers on legal research.

May Nguyen

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, May studied a combined Commerce & Law degree at the University of New South Wales, and has worked in commercial law firms and business consultancy agencies in Australia. 

May has over seven years’ experience in the legal industry working in the areas of business, franchise, property and taxation. In addition, May has also worked extensively as a high school tutor and is dedicated to constant learning and helping others. May is passionate about improving technology capabilities, optimising use of technological tools and digital information systems to enable others to work smarter and more innovatively in the legal industry.

Omar Mahmood

Omar has worked at Thomson Reuters since March 2018. He was approached to join as a Product Specialist due to his legal background and familiarity with our legal platforms. Throughout his career, he has been an active and avid user of both Westlaw and Practical Law.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Omar completed his LLB (2009) and LPC (2013) at the University of Manchester and the University of Law respectively. Since then, he has worked as a paralegal in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi; both in private practice and in-house

At Thomson Reuters, Omar focus on the retention of customers in ASEAN for Thomson Reuters’ legal products. He customizes trainings, creates and conducts public webinars and masterclasses, all with the goal to maximize our customers subscriptions, allowing them to find what they need quickly and efficiently.
