RAMS Training - R20 System Administration

Learn how to manage an Agency's RAMS setup, including user logins, standard correspondence, vacancy templates and questions. Recommended for RAMS users with System Administrator access.

At the end of this session participants will be able to :

  • Create and manage User Accounts
  • Reset user passwords
  • Create and manage User Groups
  • Create and maintain standard correspondence using Email Templates
  • Create and maintain Vacancy Templates
  • Create and maintain an Internal Redeployment Program
  • Create and maintain Questions
  • Alter the details and status of a Vacancy in Internal Transfer
  • Customise standard advertisement details

RAMS Training - Cancellation Terms

1. Once training has been booked and confirmed the following training cancellation fees apply:

a. Cancellation of registration 10 full business days or more before the commencement of the training session – No Charge.
b. Cancellation of registration less than 10 full business days, but more than 2 full business days before the commencement of the training session – 50% fee payable.
c. Cancellation of registration less than 2 full business days before the commencement of the training session – 100% fee payable.

2. Substitution of attendees may occur up to 1 hour before commencement of their training session.

Prerequisites

This webinar is designed for RAMS Users with System Administrator access.  In order to perform these functions you must be familiar with RAMS functionality, as covered in R00:  RAMS Vacancy Creation and Advertising. 

As an Agency Administrator you also have permission to perform all Human Resource Officer and Case Manager duties, but these functions are covered in separate training courses.

Once familiar with the standard candidate management functions within RAMS, this course will enable the user to employ the more sophisticated candidate management tools that are available. Recommended for Human Resource Officers who wish to use advanced features of RAMS to improve the application management process.
