Lipika joined Thomson Reuters as a Customer Support Specialist in May 2010. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Lipika had completed her Masters in Business Administration in the Marketing field. At Thomson Reuters, she was responsible for managing the retention business of India region and was shifted to the training team due to her understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with our legal products.
She is currently responsible for conducting product trainings for customers to ensure thorough understanding of products to increase usage and overall customer retention.
