Allison Patrick

Allison is based in New Zealand and has over 8 years’ experience working in the legal & tax publishing industry.  Before becoming a trainer, Allison worked as a teacher after obtaining her Masters of Teaching degree.

Allison is dedicated to ensuring that clients make the most of their online subscriptions and is available to train on the following products and platforms:

Elizabeth Odom

Elizabeth Odom has over 14 years' experience in designing and delivering adult learning training in the telecommunications and legal industries.  Elizabeth's key focus is creating legal training and support programs specific to client's needs.

Emma McCulloch

Emma has a law degree and has worked as a lawyer, and has worked at Thomson Reuters in Sydney and London for over 15 years on Practical Law, as well as a variety of product, editorial and commercial roles.

Iris Zhang

Iris Zhang

Iris is a Customer Product Trainer based in Hong Kong, providing training for customers in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

She has ten years of experiences in professional training area, in Finance, FMCG, Automobile and other sectors. She has been working with clients as certified facilitator and learning consultant, to improve the technical skills for their employees and help them on personal growth and development through learning. Prior to transitioning to trainer, she worked in professional area in finance industry for 10 years. Iris is a passionate trainer and believes in the great value that effective learning could bring to people.

Jacqueline de Lacy

Jacqueline de Lacy is responsible for training clients in Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. She has over 12 years’ experience at Thomson Reuters, working in content creation and production of law reports, looseleaf, and Alert-24.

A BA Communications graduate from the University of Technology, Sydney, Jacqueline previously worked as a researcher, writer, and content manager, giving her a practical insight in carrying out timely and effective research.

Lipika Malhan

Lipika is based in India, joining Thomson Reuters as a Customer Support Specialist in May 2010, managing the retention business of India region and moved to the training team due to her understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with our legal products. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Lipika completed her Masters in Business Administration in the Marketing field.

Maresa Botha

Maresa is the Training Specialist based in Dubai, UAE.

She has more than 11 years’ experience in the legal field. Prior to Joining Thomson Reuters, she was a specialist litigation and family law attorney in Johannesburg, South Africa. During her practice, she was a beta tester and then frequent user of Case Center for the Gauteng High Courts.

She holds an LL. B from the University of the Free State, South Africa, and is a Golden Key International Honour Society member. She co-founded the Gauteng Family Law Forum. Maresa is passionate about the law and believes in the structure it brings to a chaotic world. She considers innovative digitisation of legal processes the way of the future in order to improve access to justice.

Mark Norman

Mark is a Training Specialist for customers in Queensland, South Australia and Northern Territory.

He has over ten years’ experience in the legal publishing industry in Australia as a training consultant, working with clients to improve the research skills of users of online resources.

He also has over 10 years’ experience as a librarian in the UK and Australia, working in law firms, Higher Education, media and professional legal bodies, providing training, research and current awareness services. He is Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).

Mark loves getting stuck into a tricky research query and is passionate about supporting and advising clients to exploit and manage technological change to improve their team and organisational goals.

Patricia Veen

Patricia Veen is a qualified teacher and has over 25 years' experience working in legal publishing and the NZ Court system where she was Associate to the Chief Justice, and later trainer for the NZ senior judiciary.

 

 

Queenie Lee

 

Queenie has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, and comes with ten years of legal experience gained from working in boutique law firms and in-house legal teams of MNCs, SMEs and startups.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK. Queenie made a transition to corporate training due to her passion in teaching and knowledge sharing, and has trained learners from various regions including Indonesia, Vietnam and Mainland China.

At Thomson Reuters, Queenie provides training on Westlaw Asia and Practical Law.
